Memorial Rehabilitation Institute in Hollywood, Florida, wanted to create top-of-mind awareness in the South Florida market and position itself as a regional leader and destination for brain, stroke, orthopedic and oncology rehabilitation services.
Connect: Amperage created an integrated multimedia campaign that ensured both internal and external audiences knew of Memorial’s inpatient and outpatient rehab services, expert staff and impressive facilities. The campaign included TV, radio, print ads, billboards, brochures and direct mail postcards. Internal campaign items included posters, screen savers, emails and T-shirts. Amperage collaborated with some of Memorial’s other marketing partners to develop digital elements and drive the campaign using effective search engine marketing and Facebook ads.
Motivate: The message encouraged those needing rehab to “Go Beyond” what they thought they could do and get back to “living their Max.” Featuring real patients and their inspiring stories of recovery, campaign materials drove viewers and listeners to learn more, schedule tours and set appointments through the campaign website.
Measure: During the two-month broadcast campaign, monthly website visits to MemorialRehab.com more
than doubled, with 8,692 visits in September and 17,581 visits in November. Daily visits jumped from 118 to 819 visits per day.
